Customer Responsibility
Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned. In the case that the equipment is lost or damaged in any way, the customer will be charged the full replacement or repair cost in addition to the rental cost. Damage waiver is offered to customers for an additional fee. This is not insurance and does not cover lost or stolen items, however it covers the cost of the repair due to accidental damage, as long as the broken equipment is returned. Linens, Excavators, Loaders and Tires are excluded.
Deposit
All customers are required to leave a deposit in cash, check or major credit card. (There is no actual charge to the credit card account; we just need to verify that the account is open and active.) Charge accounts do not require deposits.
Delivery
Delivery and pickup service is available. Rates vary according to delivery distance. Labor charges apply when equipment has to be carried to other than ground floor. Please contact the store for specific delivery and labor charges.

Identification Requirements
Current/Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and any of the following:
- Current valid registration
- Major credit card for a deposit in the same name as the license.
- Current utility bill with the same name as on license.
- Valid current U.S. passport in the same name as the driver’s license.
Out of State License or Passport
Major credit card for the deposit in the same name as the license or passport ONLY.

Damage Waiver
Damage waiver is not insurance and does not cover missing items.
Damage Waiver Coverage Under the Following Terms: If lessee has accepted the damage waiver, then he shall have no responsibility for physical damage to the equipment EXCEPT as follows:
Damage or loss resulting from:
Damage to Tires and Inner Tubes
Damage to Linens, Inflatable Items (i.e. moonwalks)
Lessee further agrees that Rent-All of Boston shall be subjugated for any right that Lessee may have for damage to the equipment from any insurance policy of Lessee and agrees to exercise all rights available to him under said insurance policy and to assign any claims and pay any and all proceeds there from Rent-All of Boston. Lessee shall furnish the name of his insurance agent, insurance company and complete information concerning insurance coverage carried.

- Theft
- Overloading or exceeding the rated capacity of the equipment.
- Use of electric current provided by other than an electric utility.
- Lack of lubrication or other normal service of the equipment.
- Mysterious disappearances or shortages disclosed on inventory.
- Use of equipment in violation of any terms in this agreement.
